My name is Breanna Howard and I am from the Des Moines area in Iowa. I am a first generation graduate from Mount Mercy University where I also play softball. I will be graduating this May with my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management. I was a part of the Human Resources/Marketing Team here and my most memorable moment during this internship was becoming a Team Lead. A piece of advice I would give to other interns is to get a calendar or planner and plan out your whole day. It will make things run so much smoother. My favorite project that I worked on was the recruiting and interviewing process.
