Human Resources Intern

My name is Sydney. In just a few months, I will be graduating with a degree in Marketing and Management with an emphasis on Human Resources. Drawing, lifting, and traveling are a few of my hobbies. A memorable moment from the internship was when I was asked to be a team lead. I felt very accomplished and was honored to take the role! During my internship, my favorite project that I worked on was the HR Laws and Regulations project, that I did with a few others. It was a nice refresher, and I felt like we all learned a lot of new things about the laws. A piece of advice I would give other interns is to be as active as you can on slack; you will learn many things you didn’t know doing the research for answering the questions.

Hi, my name is Bridget! I had the opportunity to run the newsletter with a fantastic team of editors. I learned a lot about managing a team and what goes into the hiring process. I also had the honor of being a Teaching Assistant for the fall term! I am grateful for my time here and feel more rounded in my skillsets.

Hi, my name is Malina! I am currently a senior at South Forsyth High School. During my time at Braathe Enterprises, I had the honor of being the Editor-in-Chief of the newsletter and leading the HR Marketing team for the last four months of my internship. This experience provided me with valuable skills and helped me build beneficial connections. If I were to offer advice to future interns, I would encourage them to actively participate on Slack and not hesitate to ask questions. By engaging in this way, I was able to establish numerous connections and acquire valuable knowledge. I am grateful for the opportunity Mr. Braathe provided me and will carry all the lessons he taught me into my future endeavors.
